I'm Erica S., the creator behind Fit Frame Activewear, and I'm excited to share a bit of my journey with you.

Seven years ago, when my daughter was around 2 years old, I dove into the fitness scene to tackle that post-baby weight, and it turned into an incredible 50-pound transformation! I’ve experienced what most of us do: stress, depression, poor sleeping habits and some questionable food choices—been there, conquered that.

As a proud mom, I realized that being a mom is a blessing, but being a healthy mom is an even better one!  And that realization sparked the birth of Fit Frame Activewear. It's not just about rocking cool workout gear; it's about looking good and feeling confident in your fit! 

I started watching workout videos for inspiration, dreaming of a fitter me. It took witnessing a friend's epic three-year glow-up to kick me into full gear.  Watching her transformation fully motivated me! Here's the secret sauce—I firmly believe that supportive, comfortable & colorful workout gear can be a game-changer! Coordinating my outfits, hats,  socks and accessories helped motivate me to get out there and do the work!
